We like that you care about privacy — we do too. Cryptocurrency Alerting aims to be fully transparent about the data we collect, and what we do with it.

We always ask for as little information from you as possible. We never require any personal information to use our service, not even your name. We partner with Stripe for securely handling credit card transactions (we never see or handle your card number) and we fully support crypto payments from anywhere in the world.
We use Google Analytics and an error tracking service (Sentry) to collect basic usage data to help ensure that our product is working correctly. You can opt out of this by simply using Brave, a privacy-focused browser.
At any time, you may delete your account and wipe all related information from our servers. To do so, simply locate the corresponding button on your "My Account" screen.
If you choose to give us your phone number to receive SMS or Phone call alerts, please do not use one that is tied to any important accounts. But you probably shouldn’t have your phone tied to important accounts anyway (see: sim jacking).

We cannot provide a guarantee that our data sources are always 100% accurate, despite that being our goal. We are not responsible for any consequences of our service malfunctioning or being misused. Cryptocurrencyalerting.com sends out notifications on a best-effort basis. Accuracy cannot be formally guaranteed. Exchanges and third-party APIs that the Service relies upon may experience outages.

Cryptocurrencyalerting.com offers no legal or financial advice. Alerts do not represent any kind of financial endorsement to buy or sell an asset.

Paid subscriptions made via credit card, iOS App Store, or Google Play store will renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through our website or mobile apps.

Refunds are only provided at the discretion of the company.

Governing Law

The validity of these Terms and the rights, obligations, and relations of the parties under these Terms will be construed and determined under and in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Jurisdiction

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with the Service or relating to your use of it, resides in the courts of the United States and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the United States in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Service. You further agree that you and Service will not commence against the other a class action, class arbitration or other representative action or proceeding.

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cryptocurrencyalerting.com regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and cryptocurrencyalerting.com relating to your use of the Service.
